Kateřina has practised law for over ten years, and in that time she has come to appreciate that life can present a legal problem at virtually any stage. An employment dispute, divorce proceedings, a property purchase agreement, an unexpected criminal charge. Kateřina is at home in all of it.

She studied law at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and the Faculty of Law, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She started her career at a small firm with a broad practice – and has stayed that way. She passed the bar examination in 2016. Large corporate structures do not interest her; people and their stories do. She focuses on civil, employment, family, and criminal law – the areas where the law directly shapes the lives and circumstances of clients.

Her typical client is someone who finds themselves in a situation they cannot navigate alone. Kateřina has a natural ability to quickly grasp the problem and explain to the client where they stand and what to expect — without unnecessary dramatisation and without false reassurance. Criminal defence holds a special place for her: a field where every detail matters and where an attorney’s work can determine a client’s freedom. She is equally effective across all other areas of her practice. Kateřina knows that a sensible settlement delivers more for a client than an exhausting legal battle.
