  • Contracts

  • Termination of Employment

    Termination of employment is a strictly regulated area in which a procedural defect can expose the employer to an obligation to pay wages for the entire duration of the dispute. We ensure legally sound termination of employment in all forms permitted by law: by mutual agreement, by notice, and by immediate dismissal.

    For employers, we prepare notices and immediate dismissals in a manner that would withstand judicial scrutiny. For employees whose employment has been terminated, we provide an analysis of the lawfulness of the steps taken and pursue measures to protect them against any unlawful conduct on the part of the employer.

  • Disputes

    Employment disputes require not only knowledge of the relevant legislation but, above all, familiarity with the constantly evolving case law. We represent both employers and employees in court proceedings concerning the invalidity of termination of employment, claims for compensation of wages, claims for damages caused by employees or employers, and other employment law matters.
